As it relates to mental health, knowledge is definitely empowering. Understanding diagnoses and symptoms increases the likelihood of effective symptom management.
Primary diagnoses are discussed, including Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia.
